These turnkey jobs for Wells Fargo in Houston included the installation of a 150 foot roof sign atthe Savoy location and three 49 foot channel letter signs on the side of the downtown 290 building. After surveying the 290 project for electrical and sign mounting points, Turman installed two 50 foot swing stages and two scaffold tower hoists to bring the large signs to the mounting area. Due to access issues, we deployed a 120 ton crane to bring the third sign to the other side of the building. Installing four inch tube cradles to the roof helped secure the signs to the side of the glass building. In addition, we penetrated the roof and bolted the signs into the existing I-beam at floor level and sealed the cradle points with PVC roofing patches to prevent water penetration.
